   Session 1 of Middle School Summer Art camp was a blast! We had 24 artists who participated in four days of art making fun. The students left camp with their arms full of artwork and lots of new friends! Check out some of the great art that was created and the middle schoolers enjoying ART and creative time to explore and play!

ks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience mindfully using our e sadc motions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
