This year's Parent University will be taking place on Sat. 10/21 at Burlington High School, with our keynote address by Jon Mattleman starting at 8:30am. Based on last year's feedback, this year's event has been expanded to offer additional workshops and more variety in regards to what age group (K-5, High School, etc.) each workshop is targeting.
The website for this year's event has been updated with workshop information, parent registration, and schedule, and can be found here: https://bpsparentuniversity.wordpress.com/ Additionally, in an effort to help support this event, we will be offering PDPs for staff who attend this event as audience members during the different workshops (please be sure to sign in as a staff member at each workshop that you attend). Please take a moment to check out the different workshops that are being presented, and feel free to share the website with any one who is interested. We hope that you will consider supporting your colleagues who are presenting and take advantage of this great opportunity to find out more about some of the issues facing our students, parents, and community. Regards, The Parent University Team
