 It's that time of year when you get to pick your classes for next year. But how do you choose a class? Well we have many courses to select from. nks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience mindfully u sing our emodctions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
