MECA Open House for High School Students

 Open House this Saturday; December 13th, 2015. 

The free workshops being offered are listed below:
Sculpture: Casting From Life with Alginate
Photography: Experimental Photography
Painting: Collaborative Drawing
Ceramics: Spinning The Potter’s Wheel
Illustration: Passion For Fashion

If interested in making some art in Portland Maine this Saturday you can register for the Open House in advance by visiting meca.edu or they  just show up on Saturday morning between 10 and 11am to register and sign up for a workshop.
The workshops take place just after lunch at 1pm and go until about 3pm.

The agenda for the day is:
10 to 11am: Arrival, registration, and workshop sign-up.
11am to 12:15pm: Tour the Studios
12:15 to 1pm: Lunch
1 to 2:45pm: Workshops (See options above)
After 2:45pm: Optional portfolio reviews for anyone who is interested
