The students were challenged with creating a realistic drawing of simple popcorn using a white pencil to show value and form. The students then had to transform the popcorn shape into a drawing of an object, person, place or thing. Their ideas are unique and creative and they demonstrated their great skill with colored pencils.

This kind of activity is very useful for young ones to be able to expand their imaginations and have bigger pictures of every things. If all educators has this kind of plan, I guess that every child would be able to share their imaginations whether it is big or small. It is a good way to know your child and to let him or her have his confidence whenever he do something. I will definitely try this to my nephews and nieces.

The students were really great in creating a realistic drawing of simple popcorn using a white pencil to show value and form. They are so creative and with wide imagination. They also have keen eyes to see something in a piece of popcorn. I wish my baby can also be as talented as those students when he grows up. And when that happens I will be his number on fan. I would be very proud of him.
